Quotations Include:

The full-time services of fully licensed, experienced professional hunters, skinners, trackers, caterers and camp assistants.

Full accommodation and camp equipment including towels, linen, lighting and refrigeration.

Full catering including daily laundry services.

A reasonable supply of beer, wine and soft drinks.

All transport in the field during the safari, i.e. one four wheel drive hunting car per professional hunter (if this is a hunting day).

Field preparation of trophies and delivery to local taxidermist for processing.

Cost of hunting license (except Big 5 and C.I.T.E.S. animals).

Quotations Do Not Include:

Gratuities, spirituous liquor, additional beer and wine, and personal expenses.

International, charter or other flights to and from hunting areas as well as hotel accommodation before and after the contracted safari period.

Trophy fees unless otherwise is stated in writing.

Firearms rental - U$ 25.00 per day per rifle or shotgun.

Ammunition, extra at cost.

Packing, dipping and forwarding of trophies to final destination.

Special permits if necessary for Leopard, Giraffe, Rhino, Buffalo, Lion, Cheetah and Elephant.

Bait animals.

Terms of business

Hunting commences on the day of arrival and terminates on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged.

In some areas a strict quota for certain species is adhered to.

A deposit of 50% of total daily rate is required to confirm bookings.

No refund of a deposit will be made if a safari is canceled within 180 days of contracted starting date unless the safari can be rebooked. In all other instances the deposit will be adjusted to the ruling South African Rand/ US dollar exchange rate on the cancellation date. The same adjustment, if any, will be made to amounts paid on postponed safaris.

Charges quoted are not guaranteed for a postponed safari and rates and trophy fees are not guaranteed to be the same from year to year.

All trophy charges are applicable to animals actually bagged or wounded and lost.

All payments must be made in cash or travelers cheques or by certified

bank draft, personal cheques will be accepted after prior arrangements only.

Notes

We will endeavor to provide exclusive use of camps and hunting areas for your safari. Although we will make every effort we cannot guarantee exclusivity if bookings are received late.

It is essential to obtain local currency from any international airport bank upon arrival for personal expenses.

By contracting for a safari, all clients undertake to have read the entire contents of this brochure.
